[torqueusers] Integrate different type nodes into one cluster

You indeed can add those heterogenous nodes into the current Torque  
cluster you have without issues. Torque resource manager will  
automatically detect the different resources in the nodes.

For scheduling efficiency, I recommend at least switching to Maui for  
your needs.
