[torqueusers] pbs_mom segfaulting

There have been a few reports of segfaults happening in 2.3.6 pbs_mom's, but we 
haven't had enough info to definitively track them down. Do you have a corefile 
or could you produce a stack trace?

Also, is this something you can relatively easily reproduce?
