[torqueusers] epilogue script

I am running torque and maui and I want to setup an epilogue script on  
each node to gather some information at the end of each job run.

I stored the file in $PBS_HOME/mom_priv on each node and gave it perms  
755 but I do not actually see it working.

Do I have to stop and restart mom?  or  What do I do in order to use  
the epilogue/prologue script for all jobs?

I am running torque 2.1.8-cri and maui 3.2.6.p19.
