[torqueusers] In search of a long forgotten feature...

Perhaps this will work.

In nodes file:

node np=4 32bit

In queue definition:

set queue i386 resources_default.neednodes = 32bit

This is transparent to user and jobs submitted to the i386 queue will
only run on nodes tagged with 32bit.
