[torqueusers] Using specific nodes in Torque

Hi,
Garrick's email arrived a little scrambled here, I think he meant:
qsub -l nodes=node1+node2+node3...
You also mention using a machinefile, this hints that you want to
use MPI? On the nodes assigned the jobs from torque you get a file
pointed to by $PBS_O_NODEFILE that lists the nodes allocated to the
job. This file might need "massaging" to convert it into a machinefile
for your MPI implementation, though modern MPIs can talk to torque
or interpret it's machinefile directly.
