[torqueusers] remote submit host question

Thanks for the help everyone.  $usecp worked like a charm, as they shared back-end access to the SAN, but didn't share any networks.

If the submit node and cluster nodes all share the
same filesystems for user home directories you can
avoid the need to scp entirely by using the $usecp
directive in the pbs_mom.conf file.
