[torqueusers] 2.3.8 and 2.4.3 snapshots available for TORQUE

Hi,

I tried the new snapshot of torque-2.4.3. Compilation and installation went ok.

Unfortunately, it did not solve my problem of slow torque command 
response and stale connections I described in an earlier email (Dec 
4), making torque virtually unusable for me.
