Hi Arnau,

you can get gLite/WLCG source RPMs for torque from:

  http://eticssoft.web.cern.ch/eticssoft/repository/torquemaui/torque/

I don't know if it's considered "official" in any way, but they RPMs
there match the version distributed with gLite 3.1.
