It would be good to update the admin guide in svn. The admin_guide.ps
file that is in the "doc" folder in subversion (and the .tar.gz
releases) has not been changed since it was imported into subversion.
It is probably the OpenPBS admin_guide.ps and doesn't reflect any of
the changes that have happened since TORQUE was created.
