[torqueusers] repo for libtorque-devel

Hi all,

anyone knows a repo where I could find libtorque-devel? I need it for
building maui...

I use glite repos for toruqe/maui, but I don't find that package there,
neihter in clusterresources web.

# cat /etc/redhat-release 
Scientific Linux CERN SLC release 4.7 (Beryllium)
]# rpm -qa|grep torque
torque-2.3.0-snap.200801151629.2cri.slc4
