[torqueusers] Defining dynamic resources

Hi all,

I have defined a "dynamic" resource that monitors the free amount space
in a directory/partition (something like size, but I need more freedom
in specifying the FS)

It's in /var/spool/pbs/mom_priv/config and it's monitored by torque:
cat /var/spool/pbs/mom_priv/config
[...]
espacio !/usr/local/sbin/espacio.sh

$ pbsnodes td008.pic.es
td008.pic.es
     state = free
     np = 8
     properties = slc4,magic
     ntype = cluster
     status = opsys=linux,uname=Linux td008.pic.es 2.6.9-42.0.3.ELsmp
#1 SMP Thu Oct 5 15:04:03 CDT 2006 i686,sessions=? 0,nsessions=?
0,nusers=0,idletime=3634169,totmem=32637848kb,availmem=32394068kb,physmem=16632016kb,ncpus=8,loadave=0.00,gres=espacio:102668424+cpu_factor:=1.52375,netload=3726282356,state=free,jobs=,varattr=,rectime=1222078967

Now, I try to submit a job requesting some free space
(espacio=somevalue) but I think I don't know how to
specify it correctly:

echo sleep 5|qsub -l "other=espacio=1234567891234" -q short

I've changed the philosophy, and now it's a boolean resource, so, if
space if greater than X, its value is 1, if not, 0. I've configured all
nodes in order to not have the new resource, so all nodes have
esapcio=0 (i want my job to NOT run):

I submit jobs like:

echo sleep 5|qsub -l other=espacio -q short

but it is being started....

I'd like to define it as "size" default resource, that
Specifies that the available and configured disk space in the <FS> in
kb... is it possible?

If not, I'm thinking that I'll use size in certain nodes (the ones that
have small disks) and nothing in others, but, could someone predict
toque/maui behaivour when sending jobs reqeusting a resource that some
nodes have and some not?

Cheer,
Arnau

PS: I've moved this question from maui to torque list. Sorry to those
who received it twice.
