[torqueusers] jobs being submitted but are holding in queue not running

Hello

I have two users that have submitted jobs to qsub but the jobs are not 
running.  They are in the queue and I have to do a qrun for the users.  
I check the logs and I get the following:

09/14/2008 
13:24:57;0008;PBS_Server;Job;2538.elcapitan.ucmerced.edu;could not 
locate requested resources 'compute-0-58.local:ppn=4' (node_spec failed) 
cannot
 allocate node 'compute-0-58.local' to job - node not currently 
available (nps needed/free: 4/0,  joblist: :0,:1,:2,:3)

Would this hold the job from running?  How do I troubleshoot this 
issue?  This has not happened before.
