[torqueusers] how can use infiniband nodes in torque

Try to use OpenMPI, configured with these additional switches:

--with-tm=/opt/torque --with-openib=/opt/ofed

The first shows OpenMPI the way to your torque installation,
the second learns OpenMPI to use to ofed-stack (we have OpenIB).
