[torqueusers] Creating a queue for certain nodes

Setting resources_default.neednodes in a queue definition certainly 
works for me with Torque 2.1.10. Please note however that I don't use 
a node name for that but a property - if this could make a difference. 
What version of Torque do you use ? Could this be some bug introduced 
in a newer version ?
