[torqueusers] safe to compress/remove accounting files?

Hi, all,

Is it safe to compress or remove files in
<torquedir>/server_priv/accounting?  Are there any concerns or
implications I should be aware of?  We're already compressing the logs
in server_logs that are similarly named, and we'd like to save some
space here too.
