[torqueusers] ppn and tnp syntax

Just a little nit picking,

ppn syntax is  nodes=2:ppn=4
tpn syntax is nodes=2,tpn=4

Why is one : and the other , ?  Is it how it is handled internally?  
 From a users point of view, they both are just ways of saying the  
resources you need, and the change is so subtle that it is missed  
more than once around here.
