[torqueusers] TORQUE 2.3.5 Has Been Released

Everyone,

TORQUE 2.3.5 has been officially released. As mentioned previously, this 
was a _very_ quick release due to a regression in TORQUE 2.3.4 
pertaining to the libtorque.so version number. The version is now 
restored to libtorque.so.2. Here is the list of changes (all two of them):

c - crash     b - bug fix    e - enhancement    f - new feature

e - added new init.d scripts for Debian/Ubuntu systems
b - fixed regression in 2.3.4 release which incorrectly changed soname 
for libtorque

We recommend using this version instead of TORQUE 2.3.4.
