[torqueusers] torque 2.3.4 problem with mom_priv/confg and server_name

These days we install Torque into its own directory based on
version numbers and then symlink to that (and use "modules").

Yeah, sounds like a good plan. :-(

Can't comment on the autoconf/automake magic, that's
not something I've looked into before.
