[torqueusers] Routing queue question

Hello,

I am running Torque 2.1.8 and Moab 5.2.3 in my production cluster. I  
have a development / test cluster with Torque 2.3.1 working with Moab  
5.2.3.

Is there a way I can test submitting jobs to the test cluster through  
a separate routing queue from the production cluster?
