So far we have Garrick and Joshua saying that they
are happy on-list, Gareth from CSIRO confirmed in
person today and I believe that David Singleton from
APAC reckons that it's OK based on previous emails.

No one has spoken against it - so can we make it
happen for 2.3.1 please ?
