[torqueusers] avoid 'deleted by admin' when deleting jobs

I had a user submit 9000 jobs and asked me to delete them all.

When I deleted it with some awk bash magic even though i did 'qalter - 
m n $x'  torque is still sending 9000 emails saying I deleted it.

Is there a way to tell torque not to send these emails when deleted  
by an admin?
