[torqueusers] use qsub specific nodes by hostname , the job is not running

I have installed torque, I submit job with "qsub -l nodes=n **", the work is well,but when I use qsub -l nodes=compute5, specific nodes by hostname , the job is not running,use qstat show the job status is Q. who can help me resolve this problem? thanks in advance!
