[torqueusers] OpenAFS + Torque

The released versions of Torque don't handle kerberos tickets for you.
There's a branch that you can check out from subversion that will, but
it may need a little tweaking to get set up correctly. You can get it
svn co svn://www.clusterresources.com/torque/branches/gssapi
Be sure to look at the README.gssapi file
