[torqueusers] Setting head node as computing node

Dear all,


I have been trying to set the Master of my Cluster (its name being shizuwo) as a computing node

I used 

qmgr 


with the command

create node shizuwo np=4

and then I started pbs_mom on the master

but it would give the node down

1] Do I need to restart the pbs_server in order for that to work

2] I also tried the names   localhost  and the full name shizuwo.nims.go.jp but, I got the same result
