[torqueusers] Non-cummulative pbsnodes -o command

Hrm, that *is* annoying.

The flags that fetch info (-a, -l) act this way because pbs_statnode() only
accepts a single node arg.  You can either stat all nodes or stat 1 node. 

The flags that set info (-o, -c) have their own little loops.
