[torqueusers] init_network failed dis and Unauthorized request

OK, so here are some tests:

root at homathko:/usr/local/torque-2.2.1# host homathko
homathko.seos.uvic.ca has address 142.104.XX.XX

root at homathko:/usr/local/torque-2.2.1# host homathko1
homathko1.cluster.loc has address 192.168.1.200

root at homathko:/usr/local/torque-2.2.1# host 192.168.1.200
200.1.168.192.in-addr.arpa domain name pointer homathko1.cluster.loc.

root at homathko:/usr/local/torque-2.2.1# host 142.104.XX.XX
83.25.104.142.in-addr.arpa domain name pointer homathko.seos.uvic.ca.

root at homathko:/usr/local/torque-2.2.1# qmgr localhost
Max open servers: 4
Qmgr: set server_name homathko1
qmgr: Illegal object type: server_name.
Qmgr: q
root at homathko:/usr/local/torque-2.2.1# qmgr homathko
Max open servers: 4
Qmgr: set server_name homathko1
qmgr: Illegal object type: server_name.
