[torqueusers] A time-share queue ?

Hi

   I need to make a very short test queue, that could run even if all the 
nodes are busy. 

   I have two queues: a default one and a quick one. The quick one has 
precedence and is working ok. Now I need to make a shorter lived one that 
could run, sharing the nodes being used by jobs in the other two queues.

  ¿Can anybody send me any hint about how can it be done? I have read torque's 
and maui's admin guide, but I don't know where to start.
