[torqueusers] Strict torque 2.3.2 build fails on Fedora9

Maybe one of these day's I'll get it right...

Re previous posting -- this:

  rpmbuild -ta torque-2.3.1.tar.gz

should have been:

  rpmbuild -ta torque-2.3.2.tar.gz

of course; still, same problem.
