[torqueusers] daemon running in a node not defined in server

Hi,

When a node not defined in pbs_server starts it pbs_mom dameon, torque
server start complaining about it:

;0001;PBS_Server;Svr;PBS_Server;is_request, bad attempt to connect from
193.109.173.37:1023 (address not trusted - check entry in
server_priv/nodes)

After some time, pbs_server hangs, and maui too: 

ERROR:    cannot get node info: Premature end of message

So, our solution is kill all dameons in hosts not defined at server
level, but as you can imagine, this is very annoying, casue sometimes a
new node satrts its service and torque/maui hangs...

is there any way for telling server not to listen to undefined clients?
