[torqueusers] Standard output before the end of job

I think the package is pbstools,

It comes with a command,  'qpeek'  which is the best thing for torque  
sense sliced bread.
It will allow you to see std out and std err of a running job.

If you can't find it let me know, ill send you mine (its just perl)
