Oops.. looks like Torque is falling fowl of SuSE's build root
policy that says 64-bit libs should be in */lib64 and not */lib.

You'll probably want to change the spec file in the
tarball to specify:

--libdir=/usr/local/lib64

instead, and ask the Torque devs to fix configure
to do that automagically on 64-bit builds.
