[torqueusers] Combining the Arguments -o and -k oe -j oe

I don't know why, but that is the way PBS is designed. -k overrides -o/-e.
I'd suggest redirecting your program's output to a file in the directory of
your choosing and then optionally using PBS's stageout facility.
