[torqueusers] 2.1.9 on BSD 6.2

I've checked in your patch along with fixes from Josh and Steve into trunk.
This on the existing "freebsd5" momarch.

I've tested it on freebsd 6.2-release i386/amd64 and freebsd 5.5-release i386
(I can't get freebsd 5.5-release amd64 to work properly in qemu).

If this works out, I'd likely remove all of the recent freebsd6 bits and use
this instead in 2.2-fixes and 2.1-fixes.
