[torqueusers] Problem getting job info with job arrays

I haven't seen this problem,  but I will take a look when I get back
from Supercomputing.

this functionality is not yet implemented

this appears to be a bug. I found out about this a shortly before I
left for Reno and I will try to have a fix soon after I get back.
