Hi all,

My name is Davi and I'm new in this mail-list. I'm from Brazil and I
still have some problems to speak in English so, I'll try...

I'm trying to install Torque here, in my college's lab, but I'm having
some troubles. (I'm a newbe in Cluster Computing and Parallel
Programing). The problems are:

1- I don't know if the jobs are finishing correctly. All the jobs that I
try to execute, finish with E status.
2- I don't know where the jobs' exit are after to run.

I installed the Torque Server with configuration like this:

Qmgr: print server

#
# Create queues and set their attributes.
#
#
# Create and define queue batch
#
create queue batch
set queue batch queue_type = Execution
set queue batch keep_completed = 10
set queue batch enabled = True
set queue batch started = True
#
# Set server attributes.
#
set server scheduling = True
set server managers = davivercillo at bangu00.dcc.ufrj.br
set server managers += root at bangu00.dcc.ufrj.br
set server operators = davivercillo at bangu00.dcc.ufrj.br
set server operators += root at bangu00.dcc.ufrj.br
set server default_queue = batch
set server log_events = 511
set server mail_from = adm
set server resources_default.nodes = 1
set server scheduler_iteration = 600
set server node_check_rate = 150
set server tcp_timeout = 6
set server pbs_version = 2.1.9

and i started the pbs_server and the pbs_sched.

In Torque Nodes (22 machines), like this:

/var/spool/torque/mom_priv/config

	$pbsserver headnode
	$logevent 255

I did some wrong !? Tanks for all ! Bye.
