[torqueusers] help! torque-2.2.1 will not build

Silly me regarding all that unnecessary include stuff then.

The libmomcpuset.a isn't getting linked into libmommach.a in src/ 
resmom/linux however.  My makefile-fu is weak and I'm not sure how to  
get that done in the correct place.
