Ah well, that's the heavy-handed way of doing it, but it'll work :)

The underlying problem is fixed in 2.2-fixes, so 2.2.2 will work as expected.

Also, I'm redesigning how this works in trunk.  Future releases will be more
reliable.  Basicly, ./configure will generate a torque.spec that will work on
your system regardless of missing or broken tck/tk packages.  I'm shooting for
100% reliablity here.
