[torqueusers] help! torque-2.2.1 will not build

I am trying to build Torque-2.2.1 for a demo system for SC07 and I am 
getting the following error:

I am building this on a SuSE Linux Enterprise Server 10.0 release

I have attempted to build using the spec file to make rpms and by hand using
configure and make from the command line.
