[torqueusers] pbsdsh and rsh

Hello,

I use a program that uses rsh or ssh to start subjobs on the other nodes
in a job.  This means that I only get timing for the application on the
first node.  I tried to massage the program into using pbsdsh instead,
however I could not do this.  I was wondering whether anyone knows how
to get pbsdsh, or has a wrapper script for pbsdsh, so that the command
line is exactly like rsh or ssh.
