[torqueusers] Permission denied

Hi,
When I type 'tracejob -v 275' I get these 3 errors before the rest of 
the output.

/var/spool/PBS//server_priv/accounting/20070308: Permission denied
/var/spool/PBS//mom_logs/20070308: No such file or directory
/var/spool/PBS//sched_logs/20070308: No such file or directory


The output for 'ls -la /var/spool/PBS/' is:

Any ideas as to why it wont create logs?
