[torqueusers] Error adding a node

The message is complaining about the reverse name lookup. 

Run 'getent hosts EU-LON-WS104', which should return the IP.  And
'getent hosts <IPAddress>' is probably failing.

You can add a PTR record for the IP in DNS, add a record in NIS, or add
it to /etc/hosts.
