[torqueusers] Maui dies immediately on job submission

If you are using Maui 3.2.6 patch 18 you should upgrade to the latest snapshot of patch 19 found at:
http://www.clusterresources.com/downloads/maui/temp/maui-3.2.6p19-snap.1171482917.tar.gz
This should have the below issue fixed.
