[torqueusers] ~/.pbs_spool and $usecp

Haven't dived into the code yet, just to ask if anyone else has noticed-
is $usecp being ignored if you're using "~/.pbs_spool" ?   Think
I just caught torque scping from ~/.pbs_spool to elsewhere in a user's
~  , which is pretty pointless.

Guess it's possible I've just got the $usecp directive wrong, but
I thought it was working before we moved to ~/.pbs_spool...
