[torqueusers] usecp doubt

I've found usecp to be rather picky.  something like $usecp
myhost:/home /home doesn't work and the mom log shows it is trying to
scp to myhost.mydoman:/home so I have to go in and add a $usecp line
for the full hostname.

I would try it without the wildcard for now and see what happens.
Wildcards are  supported, and work for some people, but I have had
problems with usecp in the past
