[torqueusers] Immediatly stop

Hi all

Another problem with ... another cluster.

When I submit some job (some > 4 like 20) with qsub, the are just 4 to
run event I do

	set queue default max_running = 20
	set queue default max_user_run =20 

and the all cluster is empty (no job, no user). 

More strange when I submit 20 (for example) jobs (identical jobs), some jobs go immediatly
after I submit in status End of execution just before he disapeare from the
list of jobs. And the output file and error file is empty.

Anyone can help me ?
