[torqueusers] Sorting through accounting file

We found it much simpler to put all the torque logs into gold, and
use SQL to mine the gold (database).
Also you could make a custom tool using:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/pbsaccounting/
Which will give you XML, (this is from the NPACII days, but should
still work)
