[torqueusers] min/max nodes per job submission something like: qsub -l nodes=min:10, max:100

Is there a way in torque to say something like 'qsub -l 
nodes=min:10,max:100'

so it will schedule the job on as many nodes as possible up to 100, but 
with a minimum of 10 ?
