[torqueusers] server/client builds

All,

We're upgrading our cluster and our new Torque server node is going to be 
a 64-bit build, but some of the nodes will be 32-bit (RHEL4 on both 
sides).  I'm pretty sure that this should work fine, but does anyone have 
any experience doing something similar?
