[torqueusers] torque output file permissions

One of the features in PBSPro which does not seem to be available in torque
is the ability to set the output file permissions.

In PBSPro it is possible to "qsub -W umask=22"  to allow group read
on the batch output files.  Any chance this functionality could be added to
torque ?   Does anyone else have this problem ?
