[torqueusers] node and CPU allocation

Hello

I have problem to submit jobs for the right number of CPUs wanted.

I have quad-CPU boxes.

How can I submit job for 10 CPU?

[ with nodes=3:ppn=4 it works, but it uses 2 more CPU than needed ]

and for any number of CPUs?
